Lots of people said "nucular" back in the '60's. I kinda like that better than the proper way to pronounce the word. May start saying it that way myself.
-
lol rpm...that reminds me: :D

That is one of the most pathetic things I have ever heard in my life. Taking on affectation like that.
Ya know I kind of like pronouncing "George W Bush" like "ultra melon-slobber-donkey", I think I'll do that from now on.

LOL! Don't forget to lisp and hold your wrist at an extreme angle. :D
-
Thats neat, how you have been right all your life." - GRUNHERZ, in a completely out of context referrence to Thrawn
This is hysterical in its' irony. See if you can tell me how.
-
Lol...I am sure I have said it wrong a few times..
-
Well, if Thrawn thinks it's pathetic then I'm inclined to think it may be an even better idea than I thought. Don't make me get newkuler on yer ass.
Btw, I was one of those that mispronounced back in the '60's. The first few times I heard it pronounced correctly I thought it had been changed.
-
just another lame hijack, don't comment on the subject of the post - but I understand, I'd be to embarrassed too if I were in the handsomehunkcrack boat myself ...

This is like your "traitor" post Eagler, in that really, what are you trying to say?
That they are tards on account of seeing the movie? Does this make sense to anyone else? And is the population of tards going to all of a sudden mushroom on Friday?
You will say yes of course. And it will remain as confusing as always.

Sorry to get off track there Eagler. Well, not everyone at the screening was fawning over Moore.
"This movie is slanted — it's a backlash at the president, taking the view that U.S. leadership is incompetent," said Miguel Brown, 22, a production assistant who did not work on the movie. "Moore makes it look like U.S. soldiers in Iraq were thrown into battle straight off the streets. The American army is better than that." Brown is the son of a military officer.

This week... Bush's initial ad campaign came to a close. The end of a three month blitz. They are taking a month off, then it will resume in July.
At the end of these 3 months and millions of dollars later, and despite now being down in the polls, they say they are happy with the results.
I can only imagine what they are thinking:
"We might have sunk further in the polls but we planted the seed of "flip-flopping", and lemming BBS jocks everywhere are posting slightly unfunny 'toons about it now... so we feel that there is some traction there which we'll be sure to exploit in July with "jaberwokie". You'll have to wait and see."
-
Speaking of Flip Flops:
"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden.
It is our number one priority and we will not rest until we find him."
"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and I really don't care.
It's not that important. It's not our priority"
President George W. Bush

Its not my fault your party base cant understand how to punch a hole in a piece of paper.
Besides, once Kerry loses, I imagine Bush will give him some sort of consolation position. ;)

They didn't actually say they were "happy with the results" did they?

That looks pretty straight forward and clear to me. No wonder those democrats couldn't figure it out. :p
-
in a state that is full of mobile arrow signs you would think the meaning of arrows would be clear.
lazs
-
It's probably the little arrow pointing directly at a particular hole that was so confusing.
-
They were probably intimidated by the directness of those arrows.
