Title: For HT tracert route

hello,
man i am trying to attach the ping plotter (tracert) but cant seem to do it.  How you attach the graphic here to my message??? I wanted to show the graphic chart for HT staff where i am getting most of connection problem here are the 3 site where it hurts me the most 151.63.134 (alter.net), 152.63.98.233 (alter.net), 146.188.240.33 (alter.net) those 3 where i get the highest ms numbers.  Wish i could attach the chart along for you to see it. The ms numbers here about 220-260 ms while rest of the #s much lower.
