Alright all im making this skin. and i use paint though. and i have to change all the colors for the plane even the panel lines. now is there a way to get around painting each and every little square or am i doomed to work the rest of my life on this?

dont use paint........ download the free trial version of paintshop pro 8 from http://www.jasc.com thats what I  use
