Often, we assume the CT players know the default settings used for all setups.  When it's not mentioned, there are DEFAULTS that are used but not mentioned.  So, I'm going to mention them now in case you were 'wondering'. :p

Fuel: 1.5
Base Capture: 10 troops
Resupply time: 30 mintues (base supply crate fixe time)
Nighttime ends at 18:00. dawn starts at 6:00
Wind: no wind
Visibility: 10 miles
Radar update: 5 seconds
Downtimes: 30 minutes for all hangars
Destroy Objects: 45 minutes
Strategy: disabled
Change country time: 300 seconds
Radar: full friendly, enemy tower, sector bar on
Radar height: 500 tower, 750 sector

Radar Ranges (yards):
