Title: Trees and Damage

I remeber seeing somewhere that trees do not absorb damage from bombs dropped on GV's. Last night there was a Panzer hiding under some trees near the end of the runway. I dropped 27,000lbs of bombs over a 5 minute span and could not damage him under the trees. Bomb craters were showing on top of the trees but nothing underneath. The Panzer was finally killed with a Tiger.
My question is if the bomb craters are showing on the top of trees and not the ground, are they doing any damage at ground level?:confused:

My question is if the bomb craters are showing on the top of trees and not the ground, are they doing any damage at ground level?
