It's been said before, by HT, Skuzzy and others, so this is only a reminder to let ya know, that the more info you provide in your post, the easier it is to help you!
for example:
*in the SUBJECT window:
DESCRIBE your PROBLEM - "CTD from field gun" - works.
"Can you help me?" - DOESN'T work.
*Provide complete SYSTEM CONFIGURATION INFO
The way I do it is to make it part of my signature in the "USER CP" of the BBS. (Just remember to keep it up to date).
Another way is to use 'Notepad' and save it as "sys.txt" to your desktop, then open - copy- and paste it to your post as needed.
But whatever method you use, Make it COMPLETE. {See below}
*Provide as much info about the problem as possible, what you were doing, If you've had the prob before, or it's a new one.
Any known causes, copies of error messages, etc.
So, if you have a problem that you think has been ignored, take another look at it. There could be a reason. :D
