Reminds me of a scene from The Big Lebowski (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5289848/)
:rofl
"You see what happens, when you **** a stranger in the ***?"
-
Cheney then responded, “f--- off” or “f--- you,” two aides said, both speaking on condition of anonymity.
That is so bogus... they could not even get the quote right.
-
Cheney didn't word it right. You have to say..
"Are you familiar with the phrase 'F*** You'"?
-
Geez, this is getting out of hand. I suppose the Reps and Dems are gonna start hitting each other over the heads with folding metal chairs next? Now, I wonder what really happened?

Leahy's aids, if they can be trusted to tell the truth, are nothing but big tattle tales.

"The incident occurred on Tuesday in a terse discussion between the two that touched on politics, religion and money, Senate aides with knowledge of the encounter said.
Cheney then responded, “f--- off” or “f--- you,” two aides said, both speaking on condition of anonymity."
Leahy's aides, you say? My, you have friends in high places, don't you.
If you ratted them out, AK, always remember, "snitches get stitches" :lol

Makes me like Cheney more, to be honest.

Me too.

Anyone else notice Cheney snub Clinton at Reagan's funeral. I may be mistaken but it looked like he ignored Clinton's gesture to shake hands with Gerald Ford who was sitting behind Clinton. :aok

Did he snub Clinton or Ford?

I believe it!
No wonder dicks ticker is in such a stressed condition. I keep waiting for the veep to be doing a talk show or a stump speech somewhere when the old defibrilator kicks in for some shock therapy. That will be fascinating footage indeed.
I think the guy tries too hard to be even keeled thus resulting in unrestrained spontaneous outbursts of comical profanity.
-
Wait a sec ... you mean a public figure constantly vilified for things he may or may not have done got torqued enough to allegedly utter an expletive that someone supposedly heard in public (and only clear enough to be reported secondhand anonymously)?
Wow, will wonders never cease! Certainly worth lots of expensive news coverage.

He's being a whole lot nicer than I would. I'd have told a bunch of them worse than that long ago.
-
Cheney is just imitating John Kerry, who used some colorful language on Memorial day.
We should get them to debate, it'll be like Chris Rock as a guest on Dennis Miller's old HBO show!

Wtg Mr. Vice President. Gotta like a guy who speaks plainly to the dumbocraps.

I really enjoyed the photo of him taken before the infamous words were spoken. He was a bit hunched over and looked completely un-amused. His wording was just an extension of his body language.
