Title: Aces High #2, 3? 9? whatever~

I know how many must feel, with the recent upgrade, and problems/interruptions caused to our beloved virtual "blood sport".  It was like daily medicine to me, and much more fun (less costly) than flying my real airplane.

Since the big swapover day, I've been kaput w/ AHII.

I haven't been able to get AHII to run past the opening start clip-board on my P4 PC.

But ya' know what?

I started playing this sim w/ HT (Dale) way back in the GEnie AW days, when the inflight icons were little tiny "T" shapes that you had to shoot at.. ha!
(@ $6 per credit card hr!)

I will keep my HT acct paid for, until hell freezes over so that USGolfer can't get my RV6 call-sign! LOL..  whether I actual play or NOT!  :-D

For a paltry .50 cents a day, I'm willing to wait until I've built a PC "Around" the AHII system, be it a month, or several years.

IMHO, it's the best out there, for several reason.   The main reason is because of all YOU FOLKS!  I've met some of the nicest people online here in AH.  (met some rotten ones too, but they usually get squelched, ha!).  Overall, a great, vibrant, motivated "community", from around the world!

I hope that most of you will "hang around" a while longer, and not give up the ship.

Hope to see you again with the next couple months, as I get off my lazy prettythang and upgrade my crapo, mongrel PC.

Matter of fact, I doubt a rabbit could even hear it's own fart. So how would a rabbit know he farted? If a rabbit farted in the woods and nobody was there, would the rabbit laugh? But I guess rabbid rabbits laugh a lot anyway, they probably fart a lot too....
