Title: Offline CTD... guaranteed

Every time I load a different map in offline play a CTD occures.

P.s.  One other little bug I've noticed is that the FW-190D does not display 500kg bomb externally online (me looking at squadmate), but it does offline in external view.

This has always happened to me. In AH1 and in AH2.
