Title: mini warps

cant figure it out, sometimes i get them, sometimes not.  nothing runnin on the puter any different than any other time, ive flown on patch 4 with no mini warps, as well as other patches.  just some times i log on and nothing but mini warps, even sitting in tower.  any idea what the culprit is?  im lost.

1.8 ghz, 512 ram, 80 gig HD, pent 4 and vid card is G4Ti4200 64 MB DDR.
