Had one of the best all time fights tonight in an F4U1D vs P40.

Unfortunately, I was having the ole blank text buffer and radio  bug problem so I have no idea who it was.

I was fighting out of A4 flying to hit the Bish coming out of A5.  We must have started at about 6 to 8k.  Two or three scisors then we must have rolled canopy to conopy about 8 to 10 times, in tight neck to neck to the deck.  I got an aileron in one lucky snap shot as the p40 rolled in front of me.  I figured he was mine at that point, but it took two more rolls before I finally got the shot.  Great flying.

testing new version - had same problem with text buffer-

any  sollution  out there ?

Thanks Cooley, Great Fight.  Flying the P40 starts you at a disadvantage, but you certainly handle it like it's an advantage.  WTG.  You wern't recording were you?  Would love to have a film of that one.

No idea save, I was running the beta with the updates.  I just downloaded the latest install and am going to start running that instead to see if I stop having the CTD and blank Text buffer problems.
