My first guess would be a Yak...Not Sure of type though... The aircraft in the background looks to have the distinct Yakokolv shape but then again i am probably wrong

having done so much panel line and rivet detail work for the p40 i can say with 100% certainty that the aircraft is a P-40.

 He does Kinda Look like Him Fork, now that you mention it:)

 I found the Pair of 250 Pound bombs interesting as well.

Damn I'm good. I was going to reply Kittihawk but couldn't be sure if it was Kitti- or Tomahawk so P-40 was a safe bet... :D

Well, the Unit Code and the Roundel kinda give it away that is a Kittyhawk, that is if you figured out it was a P40 in the first place, which was close enough for Jazz:)
