how would i make a nose art?? ive seen 1 but dident under stand it

I much too busy working on the fencing for my cockpit. But in the meantime, this might help answer your questions:

The nose art is contolled via the squad box on the note pad (labeled "club" iirc). The CO, or another member who has privs, can use the "upload squad art" button, to select the appropriate image. This image will appear on each plane for the squadron.

If you have multiple squads in different arenas, you will need to upload the image in each.

But this was all from AHI, from memory, the AHII help file above might shed some light on things if they have changed.

If you are talking about the 'noseart', and  not the squad emblems used in AH2, then its basically finding the right reference picture, and "copying" the nose art, cleaning them up and placing it on the skin.

 If good reference pics aren't available, then it has to be built from scratch. The noseart for the P-47D-11 skin "Damon's Demon" I did, was built from scratch.
