Title: Initialization failed with -5, mainSN_FAILED -2

Since patch 5 I get the above message and can't start AH2. I have to restart windows. After the restart windows shows the message "Cannot load midi waveset". Now AH2 works.

That error is that AH can not initialize the sound system.

Yes. Sound system seems unstable. Another thing are stutters induced by incoming vox traffic and by "1st time" sounds (1st cannon, explosion etc). Already in AH1 I reduced HW acceleration to 50% otherwise loosing outgoing vox (sounds turning to a kind of "slow motion").
Yet all in all you do a good job in AH2 (FM, gunnery). Condsidering you are working with DirectX you do even an excellent job.  :D :)
