I know this is a stupid question. But I can't seem to find the Skin edior to make my own skins for AH2.

try to look for Adobe Photoshop (can be LE versio, from box with scaner)
Pant Shop pro 8
or Corel Painter

http://www.jasc.com has a trial (time limited (cough,cough)) version of PSP8.1
