Title: kaboom! pc go poof

the screaming deamon game machine was too powerful for its own good and is now in a coffin on its way back to its makers to get electroshock therapy or somthing to make it start ticking again like a frankenstien monster.

guess I will be relegated to surfing the bbs, insulting metatron jetbjay and other witless worms that are lurking around in the new channel 1. :D

I don't think Fester can be repaired at all... it's a feature, not a bug.  :D

Fester uses for example 3ds max, that is designed for it (and many other design / cad-programs. (depends on vid card ofcourse, quadro FX1100 is ok or quadro FX 1300 PCIX)

Trust me, I sell Autodesk / discreet programs + HP workstations for living. :aok

Ofcourse it is not designed for gaming but Ive tested them for it and they do fine.

I feel your pain Fester.  Wish you luck on getting back in the air soon.  I bet many players are breathing a little easier knowing you won't be on their 6 for awhile...lol.

Wildcrd how can you just be on this bb. If I where you I wouldnt even come here only if it was technical promblems. This place is nothing compared to ah2. You should tak advantage fo it and get back to ah2 and kick some but. Maybe when I get there me and you can go spawn camping again for 3 hours like last time. I got to admitt that was fun.

So you have owned 2 pieces and bad luck with them. Im sorry to hear that but you cant call whole brand BS with that experience.

We have almost 20 year experience from both brands, thousands of computers + other systems and I wouldnt change to any other...

I dont know how customer service works in your country, here it works very good.

I had a power supply go out on my HP x4000 at work.

They flew a guy here the next day with a complete set of parts, motherboard, CPUS, processor, etc.

He took an empty cube here, disassembled my workstation and had it back up in an hour.

That's service.

That's why I chose to buy an xw4100 for 800 bucks instead of build my next one.

My xw4100 I got from Tiger is a screamer.  2.4G HT, 1 GB PC3200, GeForce 5900XT.

Don't knock it til you tried it.

BTW, Dell can suck my salty donkey balls.
