Title: can tower in gv while moving

while moving in a vehicle no matter how fast you can tower instead of the message "must be stopped to exit flight"

From Patch 2 readme:

"Vehicles can now be exited without being stopped. "

Also if you bail out of your plane you can hit tower before you hit the ground.
