Title: Upgrade
Post by: astamps on January 05, 2001, 12:31:00 PM
Recently downloaded the newest version of AH.

Very impressed with the scenery and new vehicles.  Like that PT Boat.

Checking out the new aircraft couldn't help but notice that someone decided that the TBM had a four blade prop.

Am old retired military airplane driver and can tell you that they never had a four blade on this one.  Even in Korea.  Need to get that three blade prop back on.

Otherwise, very nice work.  Big salute to my old pal Natedog.  Where are those skins??

He's right.. all the pictures I have of a TBF or TBM shows 3 bladed props.. even a 1950's decommissioned Avenger that was used as a cropduster.

Welcome aboard!

Long time no see (g_wolf ex WardBirds 617 Squadron here).

The TBM prop is a known thing so I'd expect to see it fix at some point soon.

I know this has been pointed out to the art guys already, and I believe they said it will be fixed in the next patch.  ( I hope I'm correct.. can't find the reference right now but check the Bug Reports forum.)
