Title: N.E. Ohio meet?

Was wondering if there are any ppl in my area that
wouldn't mind meeting to play this game at my place?
I have two computers linked via router and I think this
would be fun.  I am 20 miles west of Akron, Ohio, near Medina.

Heh that puts you within 30 minutes of me.  I know Medina and its surroundings like the back of my hand.   Unfortunately I am exceedingly busy with RL issues atm.

Still, not a bad idea and perhaps something to keep in mind.

Actually I live in Chippewa Lake.  That 4 miles north of  
exit 209 off I-71.  Ya, hope we can get together sometime.
We could go over tactics, ACM etc. , or just have a blast playing.

Hey, is Chippewa Lake Amusement Park still open? I use to go there every summer. I grew up in Mansfield. In Chicago now.:D

Nah the park closed in 1978... dayam..you must be as old or older
than me :)  (Im 42).  Heh the ferris wheel frame is still there..all
rusted out.  They plan to make that park a county park someday

Heh the park is the favorite thing for the local punks to set fire to.  Well it used to be anyway.....not much left to burn there now.

back to the topic, I'm in Sandusky (home of Cedar Point, which greatly discourages arson during park hours). Grew up in Akron area -- Tallmadge -- and still visit Montrose at times.

Would be cool to meet up -- maybe in the air first? A NE Ohio squadfest?

MugZ lives in Ohio if I remember correctly. Hes an OK guy. :p Dont tell him I said that because I dont want him thinking I like him now! hehe. Nah really tho its way cool to meet people you play with on line.

Also by the way, if you are looking to learn a thing or two about the game MugZ would be a great help to you. I would suggest you look him up on line. He wasnt playing for a while but I do beleive he's back now.

Hi, Ohio!  I grew up in Grafton, just a few minutes west of Medina.  Sadly, I now live in Texas, but it's interesting to see that there are so many simmers back in the old neck of the woods!
