i got a bottle of red rooster hot sauce from my buddie's wife. she had it from like a few (maybe 5) years ago on a trip down south.
never opened.
think it's still good?

LOL.. red rooster doesnt even have "keep refridgerated after opening" or anything other than name of suace, bar code, and company mailing address.

If you knew how they stored the mash that they make the sauce out of, you wouldn't worry about it JB. :)

Perfectly normal an opened bottle of red rooster kill all within a 10 cm range except mamals.
