I have been playing AH for quite awhile now, started when beta rolled out, left for a short while and came back. This game has improved tremendously in the short time it has been out.
A few items I really like:
* Very playable flight modeling, I dont know how accurate it is, as I have never flown any real WWII fighters, but I think they have achieved a good level of playability with planes that have strengths and weaknesses you must really learn to be a better than average player,
* HTC responds to the customers, and this is a very important fact,
* The three country system I think works very well, its rare to see a really bad imbalance of numbers like a game I played previously would often have,
* The graphics are very good,
* The vehicles add a great change of pace and an interesting addition to the strategy of base attacks and defense
* We get reasonably frequent updates to keep the game fresh and interesting, with quick fixes to any bugs
So many other things I could mention, like RW incorporation, key mapping, mission planner, etc, and a community of some great guys.
Last but certainly not least, the crew at HTC finally brought true fixed rate pricing to an online sim and changed the whole cost structure for us.
Well done guys and gals,
Dago and the MOL crew

Nice Post Dago. You are right, if people would look at the big picture they'd see this game has come a long way in a very short amount of time, but, of course, thats not as fun for them as playing in the mud is it? (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

He is right. HTC brought the Flat rate. That they did a quite big blunder (IMO) later with the pricing offer thing is another completely different matter.
But truth is that HTC changed the whole pricing system in the online sim market. Go and ask the Wb crowd if they did notice a change (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Somebody OIL that bearing! Please!

Popeye, we're not talking about your moonlighting job as a Budweiser rep at the college you teach at. Please stay on task!

Oh, sorry. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)
If I was selling Budweiser in this town, I'd be flying the real thing. Amazing how someone can get into college with absolutely no taste in beer. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Nobody ever mentions my favorite part. The trim indicators. You can hop into a new plane and learn it in no time.
