It's crap... absolute crap.

I read the first book. 75% of the way through, I still had no idea where the story was going. Did he finally add a plot?

I enjoyed the first five or so, but the latest ones have been a disapointment.  Now it turns out that he's going to release some "prequels," staggering the release of each of the new books after one of the prequels.  I'll probably read the rest of the series at the library instead of buying them.

If you want some other good epic fantasy, check out George R R Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series.

Used to like the wheel if time Books, back when robert would release them every year.  not that they take soo long to compleate I have  really gotten bored with him.

Favorite scifi author right now is jim butcher.  he does a wizard detective series that is great. The auther used to be a tech support guy before his books took off,  If i had any writing skills at all, I would love to be an author

Read the first three of Jordan's Wheel of Time, just couldn't finish the fourth.

Read all of Goodkind's series, I've enjoyed them.
