Title: Removing Patch 6

Since installing patch 6 today, I can't even get on-line. Computer freezes when I click on Sign-On.

Any suggestions on how to remove patch 6 w/o deleting Aces High?

I'd lose UDP and switch to TCP if I checked the box to pre load the graphics into memory. Had to switch it back and soldier on.

yea, did that. now I have the worst lag ever

Try checking the box and starting the game offline, and then quitting and going online. I think there is a little bug in that once the box is checked, the program should load the textures at startup, and not wait till you enter an arena - unless diff arenas need diff textures - I dunno - I don't think they do as starting the program offline first eliminates the loading when you go online. My hunch is connections are timing out while the program loads the textures into memory.

Thanks Tweetybird. Your suggestion did the trick for me.

Start game offline. Select the "load textures" box in the setup menu then log into main arena.
