Title: Mastiff
Post by: NUKE on July 19, 2004, 12:25:36 AM: House sitting in the bosses house to take care of the two dogs and two cats.

The two dogs probably are each around 200 pounds; one a Mastiff, the other some mutt that looks like a bear.

Anyway, I am about 155 pounds, 5'7" and was a tad intimidated by these beasts. I have to enter their part of the yard to feed them twice a day. Turns out they are just big balls of affection, but I have heard that the Mastiff will not take kindly to intruders.

I wanted to read up about Mastiffs, since I never interacted with one before. I learned that they are known to be good family and guard dogs. The largest one on record was 345 pounds and 37" at the shoulder, 1990's.

Anyway, just flapping my jaw. :)

All I know is they told me to make myself at home :)

Don't forget to plant some pinhole cameras w/ transmitters for later blackmail.
