Ok here's one
Without mentioning names.
whats some of the dumbest or most rediculous things Youve seen or heard or done in the game Related to the game.
Not channel 1 chatter or argueing.
One of mine is as recent as a week or two ago.
Was on a raid with some people and after we drop we get involved in a dogfight.
I end up with a Jug all over my six that I cant seem to shake tracers flying on either side of me as I jink and juke to narrowly avoid them. So I call for help.
A buddy of mine comes in to help. the jug is now like 3-400 yards out and still all over me.
Does my bud say break right or left, or climb?
No. He said and I quote
"Just hold it nice and steady and Ill blow him away"
I swear if he were sitting next to me I woulda slapped him lmao

small NOE raid... was in a 110g2 saw nme fighter closing on dar went to drop DTs and accidentally dropped an egg. Boom.

Dunno if ya heard what I said after that as my headset was on the other side of the room.

Ok here's probably MY dumbest accomplishment.
Was leading the squad on a mission and managed to fly into the side of a mountain.
My squad, Being the loyal type, promptly followed suit.:rofl

Launched a formation of 234s, At the end of the runway with 100%fuel and all the eggs I could carry, Max deflection on the stick and still couldnt get above the trees that the ground crew didnt cut out of the way.
"My drones, Being the loyal type, promptly followed suit."
Colorful words were expressed at myself for not checking the EOR prior to launch.

launching an arado at a capped base, holding trigger all the way down the runway, getting 2 prox kills as idiots auger trying to kill the perk plane, getting gear shot off and grinding to a halt..
SYSTEM : Furball landed 2 kills in an AR234 :D

In AH 1 about a yr ago. I flew a C47 80 miles to make a capture. Had to clear 10 k ft to get over a hill to. Everyone was in suspence waiting for my goon to arrive. Dropped field supplies not troops :eek:

Lets see...
I shelled my own base for god knows how long. Didn't noticed we captured it.
Once I was chatting with a new squaddie via RW and he was on a field ready to take off for another sortie... I was getting ready to land, but was coming in a bit too fast so I decided to make a low level pass over the field inverted (you know... showing off)... well... I rolled over... (forgetting the fact I was in a bomber) and crashed right in front of him.
When GV's were first introduced (after I came back after a break) I jumped into a Panzer and took off toward an NME base. I how no idea how far the base was in relation to me... but I drove for a long time... spotted some white dots that I was sure had to be something at the base... and blasted away... again... and again. Finally... I decided to drive forward and see the destruction I had caused... only to find a flock of sheep surrounded by a bunch of craters. (and shhhh!!! don't tell... I'm a Knight)

On my wat to a nice campin spot in my tiger....notice an m8 lookin at me. so (as im still driving) take a shot, get his turret, but in my haste didnt notice the ramp i was climbing. went over the side.....rolled it............byby 30 perks (only got a ditch was the good thing)

Had a good laugh last week when we all upped a mission out of a hangar (by accident on the planner's part) and almost every single plane hit the field gun right in front of us. That was a chuckle.

Me in a FW190A5 with extra guns looking for buffs to kill. A lone cell of higher alt Lancs comes through and I turn under him. Keeping an eye on him (straight up) I begin to climb to work into a range where I can zoom up to blast him to pieces from below with my mighty MG-FF bomber buster cannons.
I must have gotten into the lower edge of his tail guns for when I got to about d600 I was showered with a hail of steel and he splattered my guts all over the sky.
Never again will I try that one.

In AW I made a guy pull the cord at about 45k:)
I think it took him 2 1/2 hours to float down, Just as he got 10 feet from the water I straffed his chute.
In AH I challenged a new guy to fight he took a spit i took a goon and I made him auger:) Proxy kill!!

ROFL, I love when that happens, and it happens alot to me. Mainly due to my amazing ACM skills I always have guys on my 6 :D and every time someone comes in to help they tell me to just hold still and fly straight. Like im gonna just give this guy a kill so the other guy can get him off my 6 as im falling to the ground, but hey I do appreciate the help of guys coming in on me.

Hehe. My favourite is from Kev, my old squaddie. Similair situations......"Jax god ****** I cant kill him if your gonna turn like that! But he was the best wingman Ive had so far so I let it ride :)

I don't know about dumb, but probably the biggest laugh I got out of AH was the great MAW RW channel infiltration which, geez, that has to be several years ago now.

i still get a kick out of seeing the newbies dropping troops all over the runways of both enemy and friendly bases:rofl i have to laugh because i did it once when i first started and someone had to school me...
another good one is while i spawn camp in my tiger i like seeing the guys in panzers continulessly up and try to kill me and i keep blowing them away so they get pissed and go grap a 110 or something and try to kill me and auger in the proccess:rofl
got 30 kills the other day doing this

I once flew a goon to a capture a base that seemed well guarded. Pretty soon, all the fighters on my side were down, but I still managed to get to the city without being seen. Once there, I quickly opened the doors and out went the...CARGO! :eek:

lol. did the cargo in the goon for base capture once. I noticed it right before i landed at an 8k vh base. I nosed over into a rock and yelled "who left the fri**in field ack up ! " They never could find the ack and we decided it was a bug :)

heres the best ive done
im used to augering when i have 0-1 kills on a sortie to help out my squadies when they need a goon or whatever, so anyways one time i was in a 262 and had a momemtary brain laps or something and augered it!!!!:eek: :eek:

P.S. If this had happened to me in real life, I think I still would find it "hysterically" funny in the spirit of the book/movie Catch-22. By the time I realized what had happened, the danger was over and I knew I'd lived. There never would have been a moment when I felt fear...just a giddy relief of having dodged death yet again.

Well when I think back to the dumbest/funniest thing I've ever encountered......I......upped a 262 on the runway. Yeah, that's it. Oh right and a la7 vulched me. Forgot about that part.

spent a long time trying to capture a field, troops were disabled at the nearest fields so someone was flying goon from a couple grids away. After a long time he finally got there, me and a few others were the 'Air superiority fighters' keeping the enemy away. Well after waiting a long time, he finally showed up in the c47, I dove down and did a barrle roll over him. He got the bright idea to doa barrel roll in a c47 on the deck..... well, I think you can guess he augered.

probably the funniest thing I've ever seen was after killing someone in my niki ( they were in a 202 or 205 I think) I thanked him for the easy kill.
He got so mad he got himself muted, then started a thread named after me.
I Still go look at that thread every once in a while, and I Still laugh till I fall out of my chair:rofl
