AA at a Port seem to pop back up after just a few minutes of down time.

Sure this isn't caused by a few people continually dropping field supplies?

Yeah it's dropping supplies.
 
Park cv off port. Even if CV is down you can load lvts and dump supplies at shore. Acks come up immediately.
 
Also note: If cv is down you can't use hangar, have to go to nuther cv, make choices then back to sunk CV.
 
Mullah
