Title: Kill Message
Post by: Xargos on July 21, 2004, 12:28:09 AM
It would be nice if by the kill message the type of plane you shot down was by the Game ID, "You Shot Down Xargos (109-G10)".  Many times I get a kill message and don't know if it was that Spit I was fighting, maybe that La7 or maybe even just a proxy kill.

That's why I film every sortie.

Each time I get shot down, I can watch it over and over and over....and I can see the who, what ,where, when and how of the engagements.

i dont see the big point when i kill some one i most of the time saw what plane they were in

the 109s are simple if he turns alot means hes in a F4 if he flys 10000k doing Loop then HO then loop then HO hes in a 109g-10 maybe with Gunpods

190s simple if he seems easy to catch means hes fly a A if he runs at the first chance of dogfighting you then runs with ease means hes in a D9

Spits are easy the SPIT5 and SPIT9 have hole other kind of paint so you can tell

P51s are very hard to tell because there is a paint skin that is green but you can still tell the P51B has a other skin

I'm talking about when you have not fought anyone for 5 or 10 min & you get a kill message when you are RTB, but you shot at and hit so many enemy planes you don't know which one it was that finally went down.

Or in the furball, was that kill just now the guy you just made a pass on?  Or is it somebody you shot 5 mins ago.
