Was watching the history channel last night and
there was a commercial advertising AH2..get ready
for an influx of fresh meat.

I've been seeing the same AH commercial while watching Discovery Wings for over a year now.  Is there a new one specifically for AHII?  Did the one you saw show scenes like 2 p-40b's on the runway, a c-47 missing a wing crashing, 2 P-47's flying in formation?  If so, it might have been the sme commercial.

I was half asleep when the commercial came on, and I do think your right about it being on Discovery Wings channel, not History Channel.  All I remember hearing was something about AH..I may have assumed it was AH2.  Thats all I know.

The commercial has been running for well over a year, at least the ones I saw. I think I saw them both on History and Discovery Wings. Maybe they are running more often now.

No there isnt a new one as of yet. At least it hasent been aired if there is. I watch  D-Wings constantly...along with the History channel.
PS the old one looks old. AH2 need one in a bad way.
Or not. :p

I live in uk. I never saw AH mentioned once in any Gaming press, tv ,radio, anything!  Warbirds 3 got a mention in PC Zone. THEY said it was better than the "ageing" Aces High!:rolleyes:

I wish someone would review it.

AH is a cult.  Most of us are hardcore addics and reviews don't mean squat.  We know how great this game is and our numbers will be up this winter no matter what.

So I'm sitting on the couch watching the history channel with my girlfriend... Just got away from playing IL-2 right.....
There it is, a commercial for Aces High....

That comcercial ticks me off!

everytime I sit down to watch TV I flip to Disc wings. 9 times out of 10 that commercial comes on and I have to go play AH! Its everywhere I look! I see the 109s and 110s shooting at those B17s (which have horrible gunners mind you) and the hog rolling off the CV and I MUST PLAY. grrr dam game is in control i tell you!

I feel your pain, there is nothing worse then laying down on the couch to relax and watch a little TV, then you start flipping the channels. Out of shear habbit you stubble on the history channel to see whats playing, usually there is a good chance they are going to be showing something on WW2. Then it happens, the first gun cam footage is shown and  your up  face 2inches from the screen trying to shoot something. Its like HTC and the history channel have some deal and have gotten into my head. :D
