Nothing but the clipboard map is clickable, how about making the pointer invisible while clipboard is closed?

Hes gonna have to if the ever implement enhanced mode for trackIR.

Nothing will be more annoying then having the cursor chase you about.

The text buffer is also clickable.

Make the mouse cursor disappear after a short period of inactivity.

or make a button disable it....like the WWIIOL pointer........

...or just push it off the edge of the screen if it bothers you.
