Title: Having Problems Connecting to AH

A friend of mine is unable to connect to the server and play the game. Every time he tries to connect it times out. I don't know what hardware & software he's running but he live in Australia, however that shouldn't be a problem.

Some general hints would be appreciated, and if anyone have come across this problem before.
