Anyone else have to drive into Boston next week? What route will you take? How early will you leave? I have read that the Tobin bridge, Sumner tunnel, and the X-way will all be shut down at 4pm and will not reopen til 1am. I work right behind south station and have to be in work at 3pm and will be leaving to go in at noon time on Monday. I take the Ted Williams into South Boston and I hope traffic isn't backed up all the way up 1a.

Sixpence,
I moved out of Boston in '02. I used to live in Wilmington. I'm glad I'm not there for that traffic hassle!
My wife wanted to go back to visit her folks this month, and I reminded her of the convention. Slipped out of a visit with in-laws on that one...hehe.

They say that interstate 93 will be shut down at rte 60 in Medford. I'm wondering if there will be a massive traffic jam before 4pm by those trying to get through before the shutdown. With any luck most took vacation and will stay away, I tried to get it off myself, no luck.

I work near Fleet center.
I'll be staying home that week.:) with my kids, sun beach, fishing, yard work, I'm looking forward to it, but my wife wants to work, I'm a bit nervous about that, she's near Govt. Center.
It's going to be a cluster F***

You don't have to blow up the Raiders funked, they might produce a winner this year.

18 F-18s VS a lonely NOE B-52 equipped with only coffee and a GPS? Sounds like a blockbuster movie to me.

You wouldn't need a B-52. Just empty all their bottles of Perrier and replace it with tap water...the shock'll kill em.
