Title: PT boat bug

while hunting PT boats i noticed, if you press shift 2 or 3 to lower visibility range, the PT boat vanishes, along with icon.  Only things you can see are wake and shadow.

THe PT boat is treated like a vehicle. You need to be in Ground vis range to see them at there fartherest range.
