Actually, yesterday was the anniversary of his guilty plea to the charge of leaving the scene of an accident. Which was about a week after the incident. Isn't it interesting how they got that done and out of the news so fast? A week from her death to his guilty plea. That is FAST.

Are the court records of that case still sealed?  If memory serves, those records could only be released with the approval of the Kennedy family.
