TAMPA - A 23-year-old man riding his bicycle on Nebraska Avenue was robbed of $3 and his pants early Sunday, according to police reports.

The man told police he was riding his bicycle about 4:15 a.m. when two men with revolvers jumped out of a four- door, gold Daewoo. The men forced the victim to remove his pants, then ran to the car and fled, reports state.

The victim said his wallet was in his pants.

Who rides a bike at 4:15 in the morning? And who would want to steal a pair of pants?

Hell pants stealing is big time compared to some of the stuff that happens in Dallas. In some parts they will "cap yo ***" to steal belly button lint.
Seriously though, when gold wheel rims first came out I heard of numerous people being shot and killed over them.
