Title: this is horrible....

yesterday i had to re-format my computer, so i lost everything, my password to AH2 was lost, and before the re-format i moved ISP's so my email has changed and i cant get back my old email

so i am this problem, i cant play b/c i donmt have a password, i cant cancel my subby becuase i dont have a password, i cant delete the account b/c i dont have a password, what can i do??
