I need help and was advise that I should talked to you.
I have copies of Tracert from last night (morning) and from now, also have copy of my dxdiag (Dx9.0b). My dial up is on com 1 [not a win modem]. My ISP provider is Earthlink and its a dynamic connection. I have talked with them twice but it really didn't do much good. Will you help me?
