IF somones disables skins can they see the skin on other planes? Because alot of times my reason for picking a skin is to blend into the terain

No , they can still fly a skined plane, but every one else shows as the default.

ty HT just whats the point if they cant see your skin? Than there is no reason for picking a skin that blends in

SO I can download a certain skin for a plane and EVERYONE else will see it? Or is it just me that will see it for a certain plane?

IE, A skin for a P-51 will be seen for other P-51s as compared to the enemy seeing a certain design on a P-51 that I am flying myself.

Unless they check the "disable skins" box, when you pick a skin, everyone else will also see the skin you picked for your plane. If the "disable skins" box is checked, that person will then only see the default skin no matter what skin you have chosen to load.
