Subscribing to the 'squeaky wheel' theory:
I ask here if the ability to look straight up is, indeed, the "full head movement" Pyro mentioned still to come with a subsequent driver update from NaturalPoint ... or if we've discovered a bug.
To recap, TrackIR native support works just dandy in AH2 ... with the notable exception that you cannot look straight up.
You can only look straight up by pressing a key or joystick button mapped to your 'up' view ... which I have done but have been fumbling a bit with it.
fwiw, a straight up view was possible with the trackir2joy utility I had been using before native support was added with patch 7.
So, for clarification, please, bug, or 'feature' until the new NP drivers?
And thanks again for taking time to implement native support. :)

For anyone else interested...
Posted over at the NaturalPoint forums and got an immediate answer.
They promise the straight-up view will be enabled with the driver update.
