I tried logging in tonight and got the message saying my "Account is locked".:confused: I checked my Visa account and sure enough, it hadn't been billed yet.:confused: :confused: I E-mailed HT and haven't heard back yet, I hope this is a quick fix and I haven't lost the few precious points I have by a clerical error beyond my control. HT, if you read this, I did not close my account, I'm not mad at anyone, except whoever is on my six at any given moment, so let me in please. Has anyone else had this problem. All was fine until the last patch, but I can't see how that could affect it, but I will need someplace to direct the blame.:D

Update:
I checked my Visa and my account had not been billed for July, so I guess that means I'm AFK for a while till it gets straightened out. :( :confused:

Grab the phone and Give Jo-Ann a call tommorow during central time biz hours (7;30 8 am our time) She'll straighten it right out .

probably the expiration date changed on your card. you need to update your account for credit card when the card expires and CC company issues a new card. I think theres a link to update account somewheres on clipboard when you start AH. can't remb for sure.

Give em a call man. My visa card was renewed and had a dif number on it and Hitech didnt get paid. Joanne got on the phone I gave her the new number and bam... shootin up those pesky nits and bish in no time. They are very helpful down there

These days, Visa seems to have a policy of altering the last four digits of the account number when renewing an expired card. Exact same thing happened to me about a year ago. I thought I'd been banned for criticising American cars. :lol
Once you talk to Yankee, your account will be re-enabled immediately - no waiting 24-48 hours "for the next batch run" to process your request...

Make sure your email is current on the website - you should have received an email if there was a problem with your CC, but if the email they have is incorrect that may be why you had no warning.

Ah crap..my visa card expired 7/31, and they forgot to send me a replacement...grrr...I guess I'm going to have to go thru
the same thing this month.

An e-mail was sent to you earlier this morning regarding your account situation. You did not receive a response last night because your e-mail was sent after business hours.
And thanks Flossy!! A current e-mail address for all account holders would be the best solution to avoiding situations like this.
