when acks destroy an aircraft vehicle etc

I think fester is referring to scoring some kills like the way the dale & doug show did in warbirds. If an ack pinged and/or damaged your plane causing you augered/crashed, the ack got credit for killing you instead of the nearest enemy plane. I liked that feature of warbirds.
