I've never heard of this guy.

Assumming that the various comments reflect his lifestyle, I doubt I'm missing much.

Was he another one of those rappers or something?

Whoa! Never heard of this guy? You've never heard the song SUPERFREAK ? MC HAMMER used the tune for "YOU CAN"T TOUCH THIS" in the late 80's/early 90's . Come-on I know you're kidding

I think his claim to fame was a Pepsi commercial.
I remember him. 1 hit, 20 years of "I'm making a comeback."
But, RIP as all souls should.

Never heard of that either.  Should I have?


I don't watch much television at all, much less the commercials.  I get two TV channels neither of which have any shows worth watching except maybe the five o-clock news.  Most of the rest of the slop on TV is just so much worthless trash.  

I used to have cable TV but it didn't seem worth it just for the one channel I actually watched occasionally (TV land).
