Title: What does this mean???

In another post Kieren said "Killshooter is off in the TA, as well as the switch time limit."

Now I know what killshooter is and I'm pretty certain TA mean Training Arena, but what the heck does "switch time limit" mean?

If you switch countries  in main arena, there is a 12  hour time period before you can change again, not so in TA.
