Post by: tapakeg on August 10, 2004, 02:28:11 PM
ok, i hope this hasn't been posted 18 other times like the "this land" video. If it has been posted, sorry, move along.

I don't know what to think of this.

Is this a joke or is this really going to be a movie? (http://www.jurassicpunk.com/movies/teamamerica.shtml)

It better be a movie, it's looks like it's going to be really funny.

here's a quote from Variety:

Quote
originally posted by Matt Stone
"I hate these new new Hollywood films that are CGI-driven. Trey and I loved that 'Thunderbirds' series because of the artistry of the marionettes. It's amazing that a studio would make a movie out of and take out the only thing that was about the series."... "What we wanted to do was a send-up of these super important huge action movies that Jerry Bruckheimer makes." Stone concluded by saying, "the subtle joke here is that all actors are puppets. This will probably piss off everyone in town, and might well be our swan song."
