I thought you said it was an 'SE' model?  Makes a big difference.

kind of funny..i thought it was ..but after i pulled it out of the soket i read a stiker on the back..it said LE?...

Ok, then you need to let them know it is the 'LE'.  Very different from the standard 8500.
