Isnt the young queen in the new star wars movies also in the harry potter trilogy or that other trilogy

Weird, I just checked Mel Gibson and next year he is making the third Mad Max movie, so I guess that can now count.

Stallone - Rambo/Rocky

Schwarzenegger - Conan/Terminator

Hugo Weaver - Matrix/LOTR

Rocky's missus - Rocky/Godfather (sorry cant remember her name :) )

how about Christopher Lee also had role in two big trilogies. He plays Saruman [LOTR] and Count Dooku [SW].

He doesnt appear in all 3 of the LOTR tho.  He was cut from the 3rd.
