Running a Gigabyte K8N Pro for my A64 (Socket 753) 3200+ and 1GB DDR400 RAM (2x512MB) and haven't had a single issue with the board at all. The entire installation went flawless and so did the reinstallation after virus infection a few weeks ago.
This is the second Gigabyte board that I have owned in under a year and the previous one (now owned by a squaddie) worked flawlessly. I just was fortunate enough to be able to upgrade to this setup from an XP2600+ and a Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro board. It was a little weird with some temperature readings that were faulty till I updated the BIOS.
After having owned nothing but ASUS for several years prior to this one I was and still am very pleased with the purchase of the Gigabyte boards. They seem to be on the same level as ASUS with the quality. I would equate my feelings to how I felt about ASUS a few years ago. I would have rather had a stable ASUS then over the tempermental Abit or Tyan boards. I like my stable Gigabyte boards now.

I agree with Mayhem, I use the same board and it is rock solid and has all the features I wanted.
