Title: The HQ thing

Why is the radar centralized at one point? Shouldnt each base have its own radar? So if you are at A15 you only see whats on A15 dar..nothing else on the map. If A15 loses dar, you see nothing unless you move to another base.

I assume it was to give more importance/value to long range strategic bombing against the HQ's of countries.

I think we will have to wait and see what ToD looks like for the strategy portion of the game, however...
