'forcing people to switch countries is gonna turn this game into a disjointed, fly for myslef or my squad only, non comraderie merc types. SO one country has more players, it behooves the other two countries to even it out, or get rid of perk for resets to discourage two country ganging. Lets face it, one country has never been able to set another country solo, except rare occasions.
Last couple Sundays bishops and knights joined up against rook horde and it was basically even odds, except the Sunday rook warriors propmtly logged:) not liking even odds i guess.
Promote teamwork and comraderie for a more enjoyable gaming experience, penalize country switchers 60 perks points each switch: I hear too many monthly country switchers say they fly just for themselves and squad and forget the rest of country, which is their perogitive, i just think it detractsfrom the game.

Nobody is being 'forced' to do anything. I was flying all night for the knights, we had numbers (well, us and rooks had numbers). This change doesn't effect me much since I rarely fly anything with an ENY below 20, but I think even with a modifier of 7 only the La7, P-51, and Nik are disabled.
Now, Hitechs old idea of making people wait in the tower, in my opinion, WAS a way to "force" people to switch countries. This method merely denies the more popular planes to the side with numbers. You can still choose to fly (which used to be the point of the game) for whatever country you want. You just have to decide whether you get more bang for your buck by taking off in a different plane, switching countries so you can fly your La7/P51/Spit/Nik, or logging off. Since the Knights had numbers for the 3 hours I was on tonight, I suspect people are choosing option #1.

there's a difference between the spitIX cockpit of one country and another?
There's a difference between teaming with one player that's got one country icon above his plane as opposed to another country icon?
This new thing actually forces people to better learn to better function as a team, whatever its parts.
Its only bias is towards relatively equal team odds, which isn't against the players' interest, normally.

No-one if 'FORCED" to change countries, it is your choice.
You just got to decide whats more of a priority, a bunch of pixels on a screen or a chess piece.
