Title: game wont load

Cant get the game to load.All it does is reset the screen then back to the desk top.

We need information to help. System specs like CPU and amount of RAM, they type of VIDEO and SOUND cards you have and which DRIVERS you are using. Which Operating System do you have and are you running a Firewall?

Pumper, you can paste your results of DxDiag here as text and well get you up and running.

Had that problem when I first downloaded Patch 8.  I downloaded again and got the must reboot message, did that, made sure to grant access through firewall and all worked fine.  For some reason, the first download never prompted me to reboot.
