earlyer i couldnt even think of going head to head with anyone(ofcourse i had to somthimes), but now ive tested this out and it seems like i get the kill whatsoverer happnes when gong h2h(well dont ever do that on purpuse)
yes yes yes i know h2h is lame but somthimes there is no choise u go h2h and trying to get one with u or just plain die if in a bad e situation. and for the super tards that claims "h2h dweeb" remember it alway take two to do a head to head. it really pisses me off when i hear that.(cant figure out how anyone wanna do that whos brain still is intackt, has to be a matter of have to do right?)

Actually, in AH it takes up to 8 ;).
Now seriously, if you have high ping, you have more time to fire in HO, none of you gets the damage until you pass each other - usually you both die.
With faster connects, the guy who shoots first wins. It might favor guns with higher velocities too.

that's funny - after i got dsl i couldnt win a ho save my life
-
lol yes it takes 8 but earlyer i did loose any fite that ended up h2h :D
now i win them, it lame that connection can do that but guess thats the way it is.

That's interesting air_guard. Ever since I got dsl my kill ratio of HOs is about the same. I think it really depends on who starts first and be sure not to clip the guy (like I usually do).
-
My ho kill ratio didnt change but i notice now that when hoing i show damage first. seems i have to wait a few secs before i can look back to see them smoking.
simply a matter of how fast the damage info gets from you to htc to other person and back i guess.

The best way to test this is to find a buddy, get on Roger Wilco, and go online head to head in the training arena.
First test it out with DSL. Get and give and honest report.
Then turn on your old modem, assuming you still have an isp, and try again.
After a few tests the results will appear, and you won't have to wonder if you are just so excited about the new DSL that you think you're getting better results. Now don't get me wrong, you might be getting better results with the DSL, but only a good test will show the results.
Remove the subjective from the study.
